Shipping Policy

After your order has been confirmed we will process and ship your clogs within 1-2 business days if not specifically stated otherwise.

Receiving Your Clogs and Cost

Our clogs are shipped with USPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation. Tracking information will be provided to you when your order has shipped.

We charge a flat rate of $9.99 per order. Shipping time is generally no more than 2-5 business days.

If you would like to receive a quote for a faster rush delivery on your order, please contact 
info@sandgrensclogs.com prior to placing your order.

Liability of Undeliverable Orders 

If the customer is unavailable to receive the courier’s attempt of delivery, Sandgrens LLC does not carry any liability as long as the order is delivered within the timeframe stated in our shipping policy.

If you do miss out on your delivery and the package is returned to Sandgrens, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sandgrensclogs.com and we can re-ship the order. Please note that there will be a fee to cover the additional shipping expenses.

In addition, Sandgrens LLC does not carry any responsibility for incorrect deliveries if the customer entered an incorrect delivery address when placing the order. If you realize an error on the provided shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sandgrensclogs.com.

Shipping Liability

For all domestic and international shipping, Sandgrens LLC will not carry any liability for products lost by
USPS, UPS, FedEx, third party carrier or any other carrier.
